Master of violin

He is one of the few violinists in history who had the privilege to play the famous Guarneri del Gesu instrument owned by Niccolò Pagani. Born in Kiev, a descendant of great Adolf Brodsky (the first performer of the violin concerto by Peter Tchaikovsky). At the age of 11, he performed as a soloist with the Kiev Philharmonic Orchestra. Student of Olga Parchomienko and David Ojstrach. He played, among others with Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, St. Petersburg Philharmonic, National Philharmonic Orchestra in Warsaw, Mexico National Symphony, London Philharmonic, Jerusalem Symphony, New Jersey Symphony, Suisse Romande in Geneva. He is the first Soviet musician to appear before John Paul II at the Vatican in 1986. Currently he resides in Rome. Since October 2005 he has been leading violin class at the Music Academy in Bydgoszcz.
